BECOME A VERMILLION COUNTY FAIR SPONSOR TODAY !

The Vermillion County Fair thrives solely on the support of generous donors and dedicated volunteers.
Remember the excitement of exploring the fair as a kid? Checking out the animals, enjoying a hot plate of curly fries, and cheering on the queen contest, rodeo, or demolition derby?

Our goal is to continue growing and improving the fair each year, but bringing bigger and better attractions also means rising costs. Vermillion County is home to a strong, community-driven group of people.
You can help with your support !

The Vermillion County Fair Association is a 501(c)(5) non-profit organization (Tax ID: 35-1588102)
Your contributions directly impact the success of this cherished community event.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Tier 1 – Friend of the Fair ($250)
• Recognition in fair radio advertisements and during fair events.

Tier 2 – Blue Ribbon Sponsor ($500)
• Recognition in fair radio advertisements and during fair events.
• 5 grandstand admission bands for an event of your choice.

Tier 3 – Champion - ($1,000 minimum)
• Recognition in fair radio advertisements and during fair events.
• 10 grandstand admission bands for an event of your choice.
• One banner with your logo displayed in a high-traffic area of the fairgrounds.

Tier 4 – Grand Champion -Day Sponsor ($2000 minimum)
• Recognition in fair radio advertisements and during fair events.
• 20 grandstand admission bands for an event of your choice.
• Two banners with your logo displayed in high-traffic areas of the fairgrounds.
• A booth space for the day you sponsor.
Please note: Day Sponsors are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may share
sponsorship with others on high-demand days.
